School Licensing FAQs
We’ve designed our school licensing to be exceptional value for schools who wish to place a bulk order for membership.

School licensing is priced as follows:
Phase I – For orders placed before the end of September 2020, the “Earlybird” price was €20 per student* [Phase I – Earlybird offer now finished]
Phase II – For orders placed before 10th Nov 2020, the price is €25 per student*
Phase III – For orders placed after this, the price will be €30 per student*
We encourage early uptake of our licensing. The sooner the order is placed, the sooner your students will begin to benefit from the system.

As school licensing gives a very large discount, it requires minimum numbers to be eligible. However, we recognise that some schools do not have large numbers enrolled, so we allow for that as well.
87.5% Discount for Large Orders
To be eligible for the 87.5% off rate (€25 per student), schools need to place an order for:
- A minimum of 100 students
- A minimum of 1/6 of the school enrolment
whichever is the lesser amount.
So, for example a school of 1000 students would have a minimum order number of 100 students. A school of 300 students would have a minimum order number of 50 students.
The 87.5% discount for large orders is available until the end of October 2020, and after that the 85% discount is available.
80% Discount for Smaller Orders
If a school does not meet the minimum order of 100 memberships or 1/6 of the school enrolment, we can offer an 80% discount for a minimum order of 10 memberships.
Students get full membership for the school year, and get the same access to the same resources as those who paid €199 independently via our website.

Yes of course! Maths teachers (and school management) can avail of full access to all courses, with our compliments, and with no obligation.
Just follow this link for details on registering and requesting full access.
The steps are:
- Place an order by email or telephone
- We send out the required number of membership upgrade vouchers (by next day at latest)
- You give these vouchers (which each have a unique upgrade code) to the relevant students
- Students self-register and self-upgrade to full access using their unique upgrade code
- Payment can be made by the school anytime within 30 days
We can only give such a deep discount where we obtain a bulk order, and where we keep administration costs to a minimum.
At the same time, we don’t want to penalise small schools that have been using our system for years.
We hope the pricing system we have designed is fair to all and will allow as many students and schools as possible to benefit from our system.
We give a massive 87.5% discount on membership via school licensing up to 10th Nov 2020.
This is to encourage early uptake by schools and students, so that the benefits of our system start to flow as soon as possible in the school year.
It helps teachers, students and school management to have a deadline to work with, as it encourages the decision to be made sooner rather than later.
Of course, we still give 85% off after 10th Nov, but the €25 price is even better, so please don’t miss out.
